Finding out the best way to touch people

What is a big part of marketing? If you frequently read my posts you’ll find that it’s: “marketing is finding out the best way to touch people and touch them in a way that resonates well enough that they tell their friends.” 

The key words to remember are best way and touching people. The best way means experimenting with different marketing ideas and because of the constant change in how we buy, where we buy, and the reason we buy, that may mean you’ll always be in beta mode for your marketing (which isn’t a bad thing). The second keyword, touching people involves interacting with the market place. What are you doing that will collide with the outside world? What will people interact with and whats remarkable (worth making a remark about)?

Here are some marketing ideas for finding out the best way to touch people and touch them in a way that resonates well enough that they tell their friends:

  • The product  or service experience
  • The pricing plan structure
  • The method of manufacture
  • The delivery options
  • The quantity it comes in
  • The colors, size, and shape of your product

  • Telephone inquiries
  • Problem solving
  • Growth plan
  • Referral plan
