You Can’t Have Insiders Without Outsiders

If you haven’t already it’s time to define your marketing niche. It’s no secret that the marketplace is cluttered with competition and that it can really pay to be a leader in a smaller lake.

 The one thing that I want you to take away is that niches can be defined in many ways, including through a specific target market or a distinct means of service.
