“In our factory, we make lipstick. In our advertising we sell hope.” Charles Revson of the Revson Corporation

The perspective you have towards the products and services you sell have a lot to do with putting your business on track for success.

Answer this question: “What are you really selling?”

Those in the printing business are not selling ink on paper. They are selling communication. Those buying eyeglasses are not buying glass and frames.  They are buying clear vision and improved sight.  A presentation coach isn’t selling better presentations. She or he is selling time and confidence.

I ask you again, “What are you really selling?”
