One of the first steps to putting your business on track for success is gaining knowledge. Market research is an essential component in your overall business planning process. From my experience many small businesses and entrepreneurs ignore this step. You will not! Research is always a long-term play for the marathon.
Now there are only two types of research that should interest you:

- Qualitative market research, or why customers buy.
