The formula of favors

When you’re entering into a transaction of any kind one of three things is going on in your head:

  1. This is a favorless transaction
  2. I’m doing you a favor, pal
  3. Hey, this person is doing me a favor

It’s interesting to sit back and think about how this affects the way we do business.

At the end of the day a favor is an investment in a future relationship.
